House Rules
- Your security is of prime importance to us, so please make sure you secure the Villa and your belongings thoroughly. Guests are particularly requested to lock the doors and windows of their rooms at all times, be it whether they are inside the premises or outside or even while going to bed. Service provider or the society management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss and/or damage to the guest's belongings or any other valuables/assets from either the room or any other part of the property for any reason whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
- In case of any damage to the property, furniture, amenities or fixtures, you will be charged two times more than the actual price at the time of check-out, so please leave it in the condition we give it to you.
- People who are not staying with us are not allowed to come inside the Villas or in the property. List of names of people who are staying with us would have to be mailed to us, after which the staff will cross-check through valid I.D proofs for each and every guest.
- Drugs/Explosives/Firearms are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any such objectionable item found will be reported to the local police authorities and the guest will be asked to leave by our bouncers immediately.
- Soliciting the services of commercial sex workers or involvement in any other criminal activity and bringing them to the apartment is prohibited and will result in an immediate cancellation of the booking as well as a police complaint.
- Playing loud music inside the apartments or in common premises of the property is not allowed. Any such occurrence resulting in our other guests or residents getting disturbed, would lead to immediate cancellation of your booking.
GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans change sometimes. If you need to cancel/reduce/amend a guaranteed reservation, please inform us at least 30 days prior to arrival for a 50% refund. If the cancellation happens with less than 30 days to arrival - 100% retention would be charged. Bookings between September-March are non-cancellable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
Our check-in time is 2 pm and our check-out time is 11 am. If you want to check-in early, or sleep in and check-out late, we will be happy to oblige, subject to availability.
