House Rules
1) The furnishings used in this house are top notch 5 star quality, therefore you are requested to ensure the place is kept as is without any damaged or wear/tear. Any damage will be chargeable as per double the amount of actuals. A damage deposit of INR 5,000/- will have to be paid upfront which will be fully refundable post checking for damages by the housekeeping staff/security/supervisor.
2) Soliciting services of sex workers is strictly prohibited.
3) Fire arms/crackers/usage of colors is strictly prohibited inside the premise & would lead to an official complain if not adhered by.
4) Smoking hookahs or cigarettes within the villa is not allowed. You can however smoke on the terrace or in the balcony.
5) Male stag group reservations are strictly on profile basis.
6) Usage of drugs within the premise is prohibited.
7) Breakfast served will be of fixed menu and menu for the same will be shared with all the guests in advance. Variations/requests pertaining to breakfast will be subject to availability.
