House Rules
Following house rules must be followed at all times. Not following any of these rules may also lead to the booking getting cancelled without any refund:
- In case of any damage to the property, furniture, amenities, or fixtures, you will be charged two times more than the actual price at the time of check-out, so please leave it in the condition we give it to you.
- People who are not staying with us are not allowed to come inside the apartments or the property.
- Drugs/Explosives/Firearms are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any such objectionable item found will be reported to the local police authorities.
- Soliciting the services of commercial sex workers or involvement in any other criminal activity and bringing them to the apartment is prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking and a police complaint.
- Playing loud music inside the apartments or in the common premises of the property is strictly prohibited.
- Pool timings are 9 A.M. till 7 P.M. Guests would not be allowed to use the swimming pool if not in proper swimming costumes or boxers. Wearing T-shirts and getting inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
- We do not take any responsibility in case of electricity tripping or frequent disconnection from the department side or swimming pool being shut due to maintenance issues. Refund or reduction in price will not be applicable in either of these two cases.
