Booking Confirmation Terms:
1. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
2. The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival.
3. Booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
4. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 30+ days before check-in: Full refund of advance
- Cancellation 15-29 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance
- Cancellation less than 15 days before check-in: No refund
5. In case of early check-out, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
6. The property reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of force majeure events.
7. Any damages caused to the property will be charged to the guest.
8. Guest must provide valid government-issued ID at check-in.
9. The number of guests must not exceed the agreed maximum occupancy.
