- In case of any damage to the property, furniture, amenities or fixtures, you will be charged two times more than the actual price at the time of check-out, so please leave it in the condition we give it to you.
- People who are not staying with us are not allowed to come inside the property.
- Drugs/Explosives/Firearms are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any such objectionable item found will be reported to the local police authorities.
- Soliciting the services of commercial sex workers or involvement in any other criminal activity and bringing them to the apartment is prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking as well as a police complaint.
- Playing loud music inside the rooms or in common premises of the property is strictly prohibited.
